We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern tosupport ourteamsinenhancingoperational excellence andefficiency.
This is anexciting opportunity to gain hands onexperience in process improvement and project management withinlogisticsand operations.
Responsibilities
Analyzecurrentoperationalprocessestoidentifyimprovementopportunities
Conduct on-site time studies, measurements, and layout assessments.
Assistin preparing andfacilitating
Kaizen events at various stations to gain frontline insights.
Implement on-site findings to support continuous improvements
Visit delivery stations and sorting hubstobuild team support for key initiatives.
Contribute tothe developmentand implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuinga bachelor’s degreeinmanagement,engineering,logistics, or a related field.
Proficientin Microsoft
365,including
Excel,Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skillswith an eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
Proactive, detail-orientedand solution-driven mindset.
Strong collaboration and communicationskills.
Willingnesstotraveltovariouslocations forprojectsupport and sitevisits,withflexibilitytoaccommodateoperationalhours,includingearlymorningsorlateevenings.
