We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, employee support, and day‑to‑day HR operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist with job postings.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the company careers page.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain applicant tracking and support the development of candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, welcome materials, and system access requests.
- Schedule and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees during their initial transition.
- Work with managers and departments to ensure new hires receive proper training and support.
- Gather feedback to help improve the onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with HR programs such as benefits enrollment, training coordination, and performance review logistics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and company events.
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or a related HR role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through.
