We have the job you need! A company in the transportation field in Moncton, NB is currently looking for office clerks to support its administrative team for a long temporary period with the possibility of permanence.

Position:
Administrative Coordinator
Salary: $20
Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

Schedule:

*** Please note that you need to be available between the operational hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm

Monday – Friday; day shifts / varied dependent on need:

7:00 – 16:00 (7:00am – 4:00pm)

8:00 – 17:00 (8:00am – 5:00pm)

9:00 – 18:00 (9:00am – 6:00pm)

* Having the flexibility to work any schedule is a strong asset!

Responsibilities
- Confirm and remind clients of their upcoming appointments through calls, emails
- Provide excellent service to clients by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve appointment-related issues or conflicts effectively and promptly.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointments and scheduling.
- Enter and update appointment details accurately in the company’s scheduling system
- Track and report on appointment statistics and trends as needed
