Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating concerns per post orders;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and building perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access control issues;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or shipping documentation as required, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership;
Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and communicate observations with Allied Universal supervision and client representatives as needed
