We offer an hourly wage of $10.00 to $13.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed.

Position Summary:
Seeking entry-level, full-time retail sales associates across nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% commission on transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to offer financial solutions.
- Performing opening/closing procedures, maintaining merchandise displays, handling transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partnering with team members to create positive customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills, cash handling experience preferred, computer literacy.
