We're seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value‑priced urban apparel industry. With three or more years of retail experience you’re ready for the next step. After a two‑week training period you’ll assist the Store Manager in daily operations and, when the Store Manager is unavailable, take on full leadership of the store.

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and supervision of employees.
• Maintain proper inventory controls; facilitate inventory transactions and comply with shrink‑control standards.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory‑taking, reconciling cash receipts, or providing customer services.
• Ensure staff adherence to all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 2‑4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager (or 3‑5 years overall).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).
