Assistant Wellness Salon Manager

• Maintain salon staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Train, motivate, mentor, and provide coaching, counseling, and corrective feedback to sales staff to achieve sales goals and other performance criteria.
• Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results to complete company operational requirements.
• Monitor controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and other expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements to maintain the stability and reputation of the salon.
• Manage tasks to keep the salons clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and long‑term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform financial analyses to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and manage banking requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a retail or customer‐service environment.
• One‑year supervisory experience.
• Ability to positively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

$13 – $18+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus)
