Facilities Porter

Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Facilities Porter to support the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of our facility. This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe environment through routine groundskeeping, trash removal, and light building support tasks.

• Remove trash and recycling daily throughout the facility and transport materials to designated disposal areas
• Maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks, entrances, and parking lots, to ensure a clean and professional appearance
• Support general building cleanliness and organization
• Assist with light facility support tasks as needed
• Help ensure all work spaces remain clean, orderly, and safe
• Provide support to the facilities and maintenance team as directed

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous porter, janitorial, or facilities support experience preferred
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
