Aerotek is recruiting for several direct placement opportunities for a large growing company in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

Looking to grow from Technician to Supervisor starting with one of the highest wages in the Charleston market. Fully paid insurance is provided. Starting pay up to $40/hr with large growth potential.

• Comply with all plant PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Work independently while performing routine electrical tasks.
• Operate and maintain a variety of electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, rectifiers, switches, circuit breakers, relays, control equipment, communication devices, electronic and fluid controls, power generation, transmission, distribution systems, instruments, panel boards, and related supplies.
• Use electrical maintenance tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including testing and measuring instruments.

• 9.58% swing shift differential (approximately $3/hr).
• Non‑union smelter facility.
• 401(k) match up to 6%.
• Full medical, dental and vision coverage from Day 1.
• $300 tool stipend per year.
• All uniforms and PPE provided, including safety glasses.
• Free on‑site clinic.
• Quarterly bonus up to 10% based on company profitability (currently 4‑6% per quarter). Bonus tied to attendance.
• Promotions from within – many supervisors and managers nearing retirement.
• Time‑off: work 6 consecutive days at 1.75× pay, 7 days at double pay.
• Monthly perfect‑attendance raffle for a $250 gift cart.
• Daily food trucks on site.
• Vacation: 80 hours at start, 152 hours after 3 yrs, 175 hrs after 5 yrs, 192 hrs after 10 yrs, 208 hrs after 15 yrs.

• Proficiency with PLCs, ladder logic, motors, proximity switches, limit switches, VSD, 480V motor, RS Logic.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments (steel, aluminum, nuclear).

Permanent position based out of Moncks Corner, South Carolina.

$65,000 – $78,000 per year.
