• Overall responsibility for managing all aspects of assigned electric utility projects, ensuring efficient completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Handle bid document evaluation for engineering, design, construction, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Document project activities in accordance with company policies, regulations, and laws.
• Independently manage smaller projects, demonstrating proficiency in the Project Lifecycle and project controls requirements.

• Knowledge in the theoretical and practical application of project management techniques and tools, including project management software.
• Knowledge of design and construction of electric or gas transmission, distribution, substations or commercial/industrial, renewables, or oil & gas industry projects.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in electric utility construction or project management.
