Health, Safety Environment & DOT Compliance Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Supervisor located in Monahans, TX. The Health Safety Environment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the company s health, safety, and environmental policies. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, performing accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. This role requires coordinating with various departments to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

• Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
• Accident Investigation and Inspection skills
• Skills in Veriforce, ISNetworld
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is a plus
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is advantageous
• DOT Compliance
