Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
- Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and area to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
- Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
- Scan and bag guest items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
- Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrate how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet; be familiar with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering, and guide guests on enrollment and use.
- Assist with returns following register prompts; collaborate with Leaders as needed to resolve guest needs per Target policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to assist guests.
- Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up, and related duties, including compliance with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where required).
- Perform other duties based on business needs.

- You thrive in a fast-moving, physically active environment where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are essential.
- You are open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced setting and complete multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office responsibilities as needed.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely (lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance).
- Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
- Remain mobile for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperatures and conditions as required by duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
