Overview
This full‑time Nurse Practitioner role involves collaborating with physicians and working independently to provide gastrointestinal healthcare in outpatient settings across Iowa and Illinois.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with GI disorders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Utilize EHR systems for documentation and management.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and lifestyle changes.
- Stay current with advances in gastroenterology and participate in clinical research as needed.
Requirements include a Master’s or DNP degree, RN licensure, ACLS certification, and certification from recognized boards. Preferred experience ranges from 2–5 years in outpatient care or related fields, but new graduates are also considered.
