Pay Rate: Up to $22 per hour
Shift Hours- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides quality resident care and assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring the health, safety, dignity, and comfort of all residents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist residents with meals, feeding, hydration, and nourishment between meals
- Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
- Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Complete required documentation including forms, reports, logs, and records
- Maintain resident privacy and dignity; comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Follow company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations (including JCAHO when applicable)
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current Illinois CNA certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Visual and auditory ability sufficient for effective communication
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
