Job Overview – Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine):
Compensation: $64 – $68/hour

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
TAG Med Staffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine) in Moline, IL for our client, supporting outpatient primary care and wellness services in a clinic setting. This role delivers comprehensive family medicine care, including preventive services, chronic condition management, and weight management support. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities as the Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine):
- Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Clinical Care Delivery: Provide evidence-based treatment for acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and routine wellness visits.
- Weight Management Support: Develop and manage individualized weight loss and wellness plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Patient Education & Counseling: Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle modification, and disease prevention.
- Medication & Documentation Management: Prescribe medications as appropriate and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine):
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois required.
- Certification: Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or equivalent) required.
- Experience: Prior experience in family medicine, primary care, or outpatient clinical settings required, with exposure to weight management or wellness programs preferred.
- Clinical Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills across a broad patient population.
- Skills & Attributes: Patient-centered, compassionate provider with strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a care team.
