Salary
:
We pay on a per patient basis, $32-$34 per patient, and NPs can expect to see 2-3 patients per hour. We find that our midlevels like being compensated per patient as they make more, but if someone prefers hourly we can consider that - $64-$68-hour.

Our Family Medicine and Weight Loss Clinic offers a holistic approach to healthcare, combining traditional medical care with weight management services. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history and physical exams
- Review diagnostic test results with patients and discuss course of action
- Provide evidence-based medical treatments for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop customized weight loss plans for patients.
- Educate patients on managing weight, nutrition, exercise, and other lifestyle factors for improved health outcomes.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate, in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide counseling and support to help patients make long-term lifestyle changes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FNP, ANP, or appropriate certification).
- Prior experience in family medicine, weight loss, or primary care is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate patients effectively.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care with a focus on wellness and prevention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
