As a CNA Float Pool member
, you provide compassionate care to residents across multiple units. You assist with daily living activities while ensuring the health, safety, comfort, and dignity of every resident.

• Assist residents with meals, feeding, hygiene, ambulation, and positioning
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Document care and maintain confidentiality
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Provide support in different units as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current CNA certification in accordance with state regulations
• CPR certification required
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required - we welcome motivated caregivers ready to grow

• Sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly
• Lift/move up to 100 lbs
• Visual and auditory ability to perform required duties
• Moderate noise level typical of a healthcare environment
