Onsite Position
As a Regional Tactical Marketing Manager for John Deere Construction & Forestry covering parts of Central and Northeast US, located in Moline, IL, you will:
- Develop, manage, communicate and execute tactical marketing plans for earthmoving equipment and production systems, both internally and with our dealers.
- Support execution of dealer inventory planning and order alignment for sales, inventory, and rental business.
- Develop, execute and utilize incentives based on data analytics and within budget to drive behavior and grow market share.
- Communicate strategy, tactical marketing plans, and incentive programs effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.

What Skills You Need- 4 or more years sales/marketing experience; strong business decision making skills
- Understanding and experience with market segmentation, retail distribution and inventory management.
- Ability to influence without authority
- Knowledge of earthmoving products, dealers, customers, competitors and markets
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically
- Project management
- Knowledge of Enterprise Product Development Process (EPDP), data analysis, business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Finance or Marketing or equivalent related work experience.
