As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service, both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Pay decisions depend on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Eligible associates may qualify for incentive and short‑term incentive plans.
