Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join as a part‑time Housekeeper to work alongside our friendly and motivated team of nurses and health care professionals on a busy community Hospital. The housekeeper role incorporates an array of non‑clinical duties to include being responsible for the ordering and organisation of stores ensuring stock levels are maintained at all times, completion of daily and weekly audits, challenge non‑compliance and escalated findings to ward manager/nurse in charge and feed back to staff, to ensure that high standards of nursing care is adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities- Ordering and organising of stores and maintaining stock levels at all times.
- Completion of daily and weekly audits.
- Challenge non‑compliance and escalating findings to ward manager/nurse in charge and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensuring high standards of nursing care is adhered to at all times.
- Dynamic, proactive, and enthusiastic with the ability to work well on own and as part of team.
- Excellent communication skills essential.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
Welsh and/or English speakers equally welcome.
