Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour Location: Mold and surrounding areas of Wales.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be a vital part of the classroom, helping to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in education while supporting the local community.

Key Duties:

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost literacy, numeracy, and confidence.
• Assisting the teacher with lesson prep and helping to maintain a positive learning flow.
• Supporting children with diverse learning needs (ALN) to ensure they reach their personal milestones.
• Acting as a positive role model and helping students feel safe and inspired.

Skills & Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children and a patient, positive nature.
• Excellent communication skills and a "team-player" attitude.
• Reliability and a commitment to helping every student succeed.
