Molalla River Schools' substitute instructional assistants are ethical, committed and supportive assistants who understand the impact they have on our students' success each and every day they spend in our classrooms.

Our substitute instructional assistants support teachers and students by providing classroom instructional support, delivering effective and engaging instruction developed by our classroom teachers. In addition, they provide safety and supervision during arrival and departure, lunch and recess. They use effective judgment and sound decision-making and they are dedicated to the district's vision:

In this position you can work as few or as many days as you like. Substituting offers you the opportunity to try out all six schools, both elementary and secondary, and each with its own unique climate and culture, to determine which one provides the best fit for you.
