Position: Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist-SLP (60448)

Join Our Team as an Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role near Maywood, IL for the remainder of the 2025–26 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with kindergarten and grade 1/2 classes, supporting a caseload of approximately 40 students!

Position Highlights:
  • Start Date: January 5th until the end of the school year
  • Working Hours: Typically 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7 hours billable with a 30-minute duty-free lunch)
  • Instructional Times: 8:20 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Caseload: Manageable caseload of around 40 students, including 13 students for solo S/L management
  • Service Delivery: Push-in and group sessions scheduled twice weekly for each class
  • Classes: Work with two instructional classes (Kindergarten and 1/2 grade) with a total of 18 students
What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current State License (PEL License required; SLP-CCC preferred)
  • Availability from January 5th to the end of the school year
  • Spanish skills are a plus, but monolingual candidates are also welcome!
