What You’ll Do:

* Conduct individual and parent therapy sessions via telehealth
* Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
* Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
* Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
* Maintain targeted caseload hours of 25 billable therapy hours per week## Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

* Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
* LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
* Prior experience working with children and families
