Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our advisors and clients in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is integral to delivering a high-quality client experience and ensuring accurate, timely execution of brokerage and operational requests. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of brokerage operations and custodial platforms.
Key Responsibilities Client Service & Support- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-touch service
- Process new account openings, account maintenance, and service requests through Charles Schwab and broker-dealer systems
- Prepare and submit required documentation in compliance with firm and regulatory standards
- Liaise with custodians, broker-dealer, and internal teams to resolve account-related issues
- Accept and process client trade orders in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
- Enter trades accurately and efficiently into custodial and brokerage platforms
- Coordinate with advisors and operations to ensure proper execution and documentation
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and client communications
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodial systems
- Support ongoing process improvement and workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all compliance, supervisory, and documentation requirements
- Ensure client instructions are properly authorized and documented
- Escalate issues or discrepancies as needed
- Experience in a brokerage, wealth management, or financial services environment
- Familiarity with brokerage operations and custodial platforms, preferably Charles Schwab
- Ability to take and enter client orders with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Series 65 or Series 66 required, or willingness to obtain within a specified time frame
- Prior experience working with a broker-dealer–affiliated firm
- CRM and portfolio management system experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
