Job Title:
Commissions Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commissions Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of commission calculations, processing, and payments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and have a strong aptitude for numbers and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and process commission payouts for sales personnel accurately and within set deadlines.
- Review and validate sales data to ensure completeness and accuracy in commission calculations.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any commission-related discrepancies.
- Maintain and update commission structures and policies in line with organizational changes.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on commission earnings and trends to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of commission software or system upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in the processing of commissions.
- Provide support and guidance to sales staff regarding commission inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in commission administration or a similar financial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or commission software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Effective communication skills with a team-oriented spirit.
