As an ADT Solutions Advisor, you will:

• Use your strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart business solutions to customers while explaining our products and services in-depth and recommending the right solutions.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting customers at their homes or businesses and providing solutions by meeting their needs.
• Build relationships and exhibit empathy to deliver a great customer experience and turn curious consumers into loyal customers.

A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed who connects with people and enjoys meaningful interactions while expanding their network. You should:

• Possess strong business insight and general knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends in communities, and business challenges.
• Have a curiosity for the newest tech and adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs.
• Prioritize time effectively and be willing to put in the work to achieve your goals.
