• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be driven by metrics
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Passion for retail and a strong desire to lead and inspire others
• Experience utilizing retail technology effectively
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to travel as required
