Alterations Customer Service Representative

Join the team as an Alterations Customer Service Representative at David’s Bridal
. The role drives superior customer experience in the Alterations department.

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm via phone, chat, and in person.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver five‑star service.
• Maintain store‑standards: clean, organized, promotional readiness.
• Press, steam, and spot‑clean garments; inspect all altered items for pristine condition.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Support inventory management and special orders.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the Alterations Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system.

• Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; lift up to 10 lbs.
• Reach, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use hands and arms to manipulate tools and garments.
• Operate computer, phone, and POS terminals for long periods.
