• Competitive compensation of USD 181,749 – 254,499 with quarterly bonus.
• Generous time off – weekends off, 17 days PTO, 6 sick days, and 12 paid holidays.

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least two years of experience working with the elderly.
• Must have prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and be eligible to serve Medicare/Medi‑Cal participants.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; certification upon hire preferred.
