• Assess patient status to provide treatment and care in the comfort of their home.
• Routinely administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Work and communicate effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Patient medical supply management.
• Patient health promotion and teaching.
• Training of patient family members as needed.
• Must be available to work full-time.

• Registered Nurse with current and unrestricted California state license to practice as a Registered Nurse/RN.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS)-CPR required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Ability to apply sound judgment to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and equipment necessary to practice Home Health Care.
• Ability to chart electronically.
• Physical and mental ability to adapt work assignments related to patient needs.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
