U Clinics is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care to a diverse population, supporting our mission to provide accessible and value-based care.

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical exams.
• Obtain and document medical histories and patient encounters accurately in the EMR.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications per state guidelines.
• Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, pap smears, I&D, and joint injections (as applicable and trained).
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and health maintenance.
• Provide culturally competent care across the lifespan, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, care coordination, and team-based care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to clinic protocols and compliance standards.

Up to $25,000 in Quality & Patient Bonuses | Relocation Support Available

• Nurse Practitioners:
  Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, along with national board certification in a specialty area (e.g., FNP, AGNP). Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as an NP in the state.
• Physician Assistants:
  Completion of a two-year accredited Physician Assistant program (typically following two years of undergraduate study), or a four-year baccala
