Wound Care Representative

Base Pay Range

$85,000 - $100,000 per year

Clinical Care Representative – RN/LPN/PT/PTA.

A successful candidate is passionate about combining sales/operations and clinical care and must be willing to travel daily within assigned geographic areas.

• Organize and prioritize tasks to understand overall business goals and collaborate with team members and referral sources while communicating professionally.
• Use oral and written communication skills to interface with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff and establish relationships with referral sources in the medical community within your territory.
• Conduct in‑services to educate on products and services most appropriate for patients to drive sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients to ensure up‑to‑date information for a consistent clinical/operational/billing cycle.

• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to understand overall business goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication ability.
• Experience in a wound‑care setting preferred; willingness to become wound‑care certified.
• Licensed RN, LPN, PT, or PTA. Company will pay for WCC certification.
• Travel willingness: moderate to heavy; willing to travel 75%+ of time.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a wound‑care setting (preferred). Willingness to become wound‑care certified.
• Licensed RN, LPN, PT, or PTA.
• Strong travel availability (75%+ of time).
