Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Communications Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in executing communication strategies, coordinating internal and external messaging, and assisting with content creation across various channels. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong writing abilities, and a passion for fostering clear, effective communication.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and distribution of internal and external communications.
Support the creation of press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate and maintain content for company communication platforms.
Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns.
Conduct research to support communication strategies and messaging.
Maintain media contact lists and assist with outreach efforts.
Monitor communication metrics and prepare performance reports.
QualificationsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related roles (internship experience accepted).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
