ATaste of What You’ll Do
Join our team as a Part‑Time General Winery Worker in a busy wine bottling facility, working under immediate supervision as part of a supportive production crew. This role is hands‑on and team‑focused, with opportunities to contribute directly to quality product output while learning practical skills in a manufacturing environment.
You will perform a range of duties on the bottling line including loading bottles and cans onto conveyors, removing empty or damaged cases, inspecting bottles for defects, standing up fallen bottles, hand‑packing into cases, and salvaging or repairing product when needed. Routine tasks also include emptying broken glass and trash, moving packaging pallets, keeping your area clean and sanitary, and assisting coworkers across production lines.
The position requires regular visual inspections, adherence to quality, environmental and safety procedures, and reliable attendance and timeliness. Some stations involve lifting and handling containers weighing approximately 12–28 pounds.

WhatYou’ll Need
- High school diploma or State‑issued equivalency certificate.
- Required to be 18 years of age.
- Required to successfully complete assessment.
- Required to work any shift and any day.
- Required to lift and carry 28 pounds constantly.
- Required to stand and lift 50 pounds.
- Required to lift and carry 60 pounds occasionally.
- Required to comply with company GMP Policies.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

- Two years of work experience; or previous Grad to Gallo or Gallo seasonal experience.
- Gallo Gateway to Industry Intern Program.
- Two years of experience working in a manufacturing environment; or previous Grad to Gallo or Gallo seasonal experience.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
