Irrigation Technician 3rd Shift

Overview

Aeriz is seeking a full-time Cultivation Irrigation Technician for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) at our state‑of‑the‑art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The successful candidate will possess a passion for cultivation, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, cannabis knowledge preferred, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject.

• Maintain irrigation nutrient tanks following standard operating procedures.
• Mix concentrated nutrient stock from dry recipes.
• Operate Reverse Osmosis systems to generate clean water.
• Monitor irrigation parameters (EC, PPM, pH, temperature).
• Ensure no system failures during the 3rd shift.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs.
• Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
• Trained pesticide handling, including fit test and PPE compliance.
• Comply with all health and safety standards.
• Report unusual occurrences or damage.
• Perform other cultivation duties (trim, structure, defoliation).

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Math proficiency for inventory, projections, and measurements.
• Attention to detail required.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Knowledge of irrigation parameters preferred.

Requires regular talking or hearing, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, stretching, and lifting up to 50 lb. Manual dexterity and operation of all necessary equipment and hand tools required.

Indoor environment with variable temperatures; may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 ft. Works weekends and holidays; standard work hours may apply. Fair amount of manual labor and repetitive tasks.
