The RoleThis is a full-time, on-site General Manager position responsible for the overall success of the dealership across Sales, Service, F&I, Parts, and Administration
. You’ll set the standard, align departments, and lead with clarity and accountability—creating a culture where great people do their best work and customers feel the difference.
- Full responsibility for dealership operations, performance, and execution across all departments
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams with strong coaching and leadership presence
- Driving customer satisfaction, reputation, and loyalty through consistent, exceptional experiences
- Building and executing growth strategies that improve profitability, market performance, and operational efficiency
- Owning key KPIs and financial results—forecasting, analyzing, and adjusting quickly to maximize outcomes
- Overseeing inventory strategy and merchandising to support sales velocity and margin performance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards while promoting integrity and professionalism
- Creating a positive, energized culture built on accountability, teamwork, and measurable results
- A dealership that runs with alignment and urgency—no silos, no surprises
- Strong, consistent performance across volume, gross, CSI, retention, and profitability

- Proven leadership experience with team management and operational oversight (dealership leadership strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales, service operations, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Strong command of business tools, dealership systems, and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management (preferred) or equivalent experience
- A leadership style rooted in accountability, consistency, and customer-first thinking
