Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Do you love the look of a clean space? We’re looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You’ll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. • Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete
• Report areas cleaned and make sure managers know if major repairs are needed
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
• Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
• Perform daily janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash

• In good physical condition with excellent health
• Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
• Over 1 year of experience in cleaning services as a janitor or similar job
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Compensation: $16 hourly
