As a Flight Clinician with PHI Health, you'll be at the forefront of critical care, providing rapid response and advanced medical assistance during emergencies.

Responsibilities Include- Perform specialized assessments, diagnoses, therapies, and emergency treatments for transported patients.
- Accurately document assessment, treatment, and billing information.
- Maintain effective communication with management and external partners.
- Participate in PR and marketing activities.
- Keep knowledge current through meetings, reviews, labs, rotations, and continuing education.
- Complete annual competency requirements and maintain certifications.
- Work under the Medical Director’s licensure and adhere to all regulations and scope of practice.
- Competitive pay, shift bonuses, incentives, and safety/employee bonuses.
- Annual education allowance.
- Potential annual earnings: $66,000 to $81,170.
- Sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for California candidates, potentially up to $5,000 with overtime.
- Active paramedic certification in the state.
- At least 3 years (preferably
5) of current paramedic field experience. - Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS certifications; NRP and instructor certifications preferred.
- FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
- Flight or transport experience preferred.
- Must complete PHI training and pass physical, drug, and background checks.
- Body weight below 235 lbs.
- Safety, efficiency, quality, and service focus.
