The multi‑week assignment centers on radiographic testing that supports patient care across a spectrum of clinical needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing radiographic exams (such as AP, PA, lateral, and oblique views) with attention to optimal positioning, shielding, and dose management
• Ensuring image quality and accurate labeling for interpretation by radiologists
• Maintaining strict infection control and patient comfort throughout procedures
• Coordinating with technologists and physicians to prioritize patient safety and throughput
• Conducting routine quality assurance checks on equipment and software
• Assisting with documentation and PACS uploads
• Engaging in patient education—explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and helping patients feel at ease during examinations
