Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Modesto/Stockton
Interim Healthcare is actively seeking experienced Physical Therapists for part-time and full-time positions. Our growing, locally-owned and operated Home Healthcare Agency serves a large area. We would like a couple full-time PT for the Modesto and Turlock area. You will have the availability to pick your area. As a Physical Therapist you would be a positive impact by providing exceptional therapy in the patient residence.
Enjoy weekly paychecks, paid mileage OR a company car.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs an effective evaluation by accurately assessing ROM, strength, sensation and functional status including gait
- Demonstrate knowledge of modalities, utilize exercise programming
- Keep up to date records including initial evaluations, medication issues, good patient relationship skills and working well with other team members
- Ability to use good time management
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program
- CPR
- Experience
