• Provide non‑medical care to seniors in their own homes
• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Help seniors get into and out of bed as needed
• Help seniors use the restroom when needed
  
  Perform duties as assigned on a personalized senior care service plan
• Inspire a positive, can‑do attitude when it comes to daily tasks, appointments and hobbies
• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home

• Submit to criminal background investigation (20+ years), motor vehicle driving record check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Possess a valid current driver's license, automobile insurance and a reliable vehicle
• Possess PCA, HHA or CNA license or have 6 months of experience as a caregiver (required)
