• Flexibility: 100% remote. Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to schedule early mornings, evenings, or weekends if preferable.

• Cutting-Edge Practice: Integrate evidence-based care with innovative models, including integrative medicine, expressive therapies, and (where applicable) psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

• Active California license:
  LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD

• Associates actively working toward independent licensure may also apply

• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based practices

• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care

• Availability for a minimum of 20 client hours per week

• Licensed in multiple states (in addition to CA)

• Multilingual (Spanish in high demand)

• Telehealth experience

Compensation is based on expertise, years of experience, and licensure status. Rates for fully licensed providers differ from those for associates. All providers are reimbursed via direct deposit twice per month.

Do I need to be fully licensed?
No. In California, we are accepting both fully licensed providers and associates under supervision.

What is the minimum caseload?
20 hours per week.

How am I paid?
Compensation is determined by licensure, expertise, and experience. Direct deposit is processed twice monthly.
