Experience and EducationFive (5) years experience in videography and digital media production; graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate.
Licensing and CertificationsTyping certificate evidence of keyboarding at a net rate of 45 words per minute or passage of the MCS Clerical Assessment; valid California Driver's License.
Required Materials3-5 video examples (up to 15 minutes total). At least 75%-80% of the work shown must have been shot and edited by you. Resume. One (1) Letter of Recommendation.
Video Examples RequirementsApplicants must clearly indicate their role and level of involvement in each video (e.g., shooting, editing, scripting, producing, graphics, etc.). Videos cannot be uploaded directly through Edjoin; however, applicants may upload a PDF with links to their portfolio or videos. Upon selection and completion of the interview process, applicants will be required to participate in a practical assessment. Further details will be provided during the interview, should you be selected.
