• Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude.

• Answer questions and direct customers to the appropriate person or location.

• Manage service drive traffic flow and parking.

• Verify customer appointments and record essential vehicle information (name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage).

• Assist the lot attendant and service staff as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive area.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Certificates & Licenses

• Valid Driver’s License required.
