We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Civil Construction, Paving, Grading, Project Management, Construction Management and proficiency in HCSS Heavy Job. Responsibilities- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading.
- Proven experience in project management and construction management.
- Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various project stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
