Base pay range

$40,400.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We have an immediate opening in our Modesto facility for a bright, energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This position is responsible for the support of our Project Management team in a fast‑paced manufacturing atmosphere.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Project Management team.
  • Booking repeat orders, second checks, and billing.
  • Organization and distribution of critical manufacturing documents.
  • Backing up Assistant Project Manager with ordering tooling and distribution.
  • Purchasing of specialty materials and components.
  • Receiving and approving invoices for Accounts Payable.
Required Skills / Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience creating/editing Purchase Orders and online purchasing.
  • Managing scheduled priorities, data entry, detail‑oriented with strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years administrative experience required.
