Used Inventory​/Wholesale Clerk

Description

• Process wholesales & outright purchases in Reynolds accounting system.
• Receipt all payments for wholesales daily.
• Run all required DMV reports for all used vehicles, ensure all necessary documents are in the deal.
• Request duplicate titles including any other required paperwork needed for processing.
• Verify the costs and transaction accuracy for each vehicle purchase and wholesale.
• Process and submit payoffs for outright purchases.
• Continually follow up on missing titles & auction payments.
• Make accounting adjustments as needed and maintain reconciled schedules on a weekly basis.
• Process Rental vehicles coming in/out of inventory.
• Process incoming used vehicle titles and update vehicle management system.
• Responsible for all wholesale & certification fees posted accurately.
• File deals and other documents daily.
• Other duties, as assigned

• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• High professional dependable, helpful attitude and team player.
• Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management-ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Including the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• 1-2 years automotive accounting experience.
