The Opportunity

• Sort and prepare incoming paper-based mail.
• Scan incoming paper checks into application(s) for bank processing.
• Review, assemble, and prepare documents to ensure successful and accurate scanning.
• Review and verify prepped documents for accuracy prior to scanning.
• Monitor electronic mail queue in document repository application, review correspondence and route documents to applicable folder.
• Monitor printer(s) for outgoing claims; sort, attach back up document(s) and prepare for mailing.
• Retrieve billing documents through internal systems or external websites and distribute appropriately.
• May be asked to cross train in a new responsibility or provide assistance in one or more areas.

Required Experience and

Competencies:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of work experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
• Able to speak clearly and concisely.
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and act on simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
