In this role, you’ll manage accounts payable, vendor communication, and day-to-day office operations that keep things running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase orders efficiently and accurately in Foundation.
  • Maintain organized filing systems- both electronic and paper- to ensure easy access and clean recordkeeping.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and create a professional first impression for clients and vendors.
  • Coordinate office purchases, manage supply inventory, support payroll, estimating, and purchasing functions as needed.
  • Keep common spaces tidy and functional, including the conference room and kitchen.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to handle inquiries, clarify billing, and support smooth operations.
  • Tackle projects with flexibility- jumping in where needed during busy times.

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting support experience; construction or trades background a plus.
  • Familiarity with Foundation software (or willingness to learn) and comfort adapting to new systems.
  • Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and ability to manage files accurately.
  • A professional yet approachable demeanor- friendly and grounded, comfortable in a construction office setting.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to shift priorities as the day demands.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean, presentable, and welcoming office environment.
